PheedLoop quickly configures all the infrastructure needed to help you receive and manage your funds as efficiently as possible

    PheedLoop's long standing partnerships with Stripe and PayPal allow you to start receiving payments immediately. If you already own a Stripe or PayPal Business account, with a single click you will be able to link them to PheedLoop - otherwise, creating an account will take only a few minutes.

    You can configure PheedLoop to accept payments from all major credit and debit card types (as well as PayPal accounts) for ticket sales, in any currency. PheedLoop never touches any of the funds, and only serves as an intermediary to help direct the flow of funds to your merchant accounts. This ensures maximum security and speed.

  •    Flow of Funds

    In short, funds flow directly to your chosen merchant account. PheedLoop plays no role in the acquisition or transfer of funds whatsoever. Instead, PheedLoop sits in the middle, between you and your selected merchant, and serves as a way for the two parties to communicate through a common interface. For example, you can trigger full or partial refunds for registrations via your PheedLoop dashboard without having to go directly through your merchant.

  •      Transaction Fees

    Fee Structure

    If you've used a service like PayPal or Stripe in the past, you'll know that there is a payment processing fee associated with every payment you accept. This is a standard practice for all electronic payment systems. The payment processing fee is all you need to account for when using PheedLoop. In other words, PheedLoop will not charge you any additional fees for selling tickets. For more information about payment processing fees, check out PayPal Fees and Stripe Fees.

    PheedLoop adds a transaction fee (2.75%) to the total transaction amount when your attendees checkout. As the event organizer you will not need to account for this transaction fee at all. This fee helps us cover the costs associated with providing an integrated solution, and is lower than every other major ticketing solution on the market.


    Quick Example

    • If you sell a $100 ticket, the attendee will pay a total of $102.75
    • $2.75 will be transferred to PheedLoop as the transaction fee to allow us to cover our integration costs
    • $100 will be deposited to your bank account (minus any applicable payment processing fees for the total transaction amount, typically 2.9%)

  •      PCI Compliance

    Both Stripe and PayPal are PCI-certified, and either of the two are excellent merchants to connect your PheedLoop accounts to. They have both been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and are certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1 (highest level).
